I'm in desperate need of a 50,000 loan or gift. My house I've lived in for 23 years was foreclosed on, it was an illegal foreclosure, I was working with a loan modification officer, and I have a lawsuit but my dilemna is do I spend all my savings on atty fees or buy the house for cash outright from the bank- that is my atty's advice. In order to do so I just need 50K more. I have the rest. I am willing to pay back the money and even put my house up for collateral but I need a low interest rate payment. I have 5 children, I have a job. I hope someone can help me.

Hello I am taking a chance not truly knowing if this website is ficticious or for real...To be honest I am writing for a friend that is loosing his house..He has gone on every interview in the world after getting laid off from a great job and decided he can go through a quick course for nursing... Graduated from the worst private nursing school in the state of nj and had nightmares of how corrupt the school was...He has an autistic daughter and a brother that is just lying in a hospital bed with end stages of MS...He is a medical student who never got to achieve his goal because he is that crippled at 42 years of age...His wife had breast disease for all of the summer months which put them way behind...He even had stopped his diabetes medication to put food on the table.....He doesnt have any family to help but I have met him through nursing school and became a very good friend of the family....He has no experience in the field so we can not find work that easy thinking it was the right thing to go back to school and have a nice career in the health field....Now he is at rock bottom.  Heat has been shut off several times---foreclosure letter came-----water letter came saying his house will go for a state sale...And his wife works but it does not make ends meet and they deserve food and some assistance at least for there 8 year old child....I know everybody seems to struggle but its those that I see get assistance and are not in need of it... I don't know how to direct a friend to get help... Can someone tell me where he can get some donations please!!!!

some1 made a coment about me lying about my foot and said i was a fony i just wanted them to see i wasnt. i have to hide in my dads shed so my stepmom dont see me here. my car just broke down and is stuck at walmart till i get a new starter. i do feel bad for my anger latly its just everything latley has been getting to me. i got to stay at a friends last night but i even felt bad about that because i have nothing to offer him his wonderful daughter and grandaughrtes. istayed up most of the night in thought about what to do i even had to prevent my self from breaking down and crying tho part of the night i did trying to hide my face. i try to be thankful i just dont do well at this time of year. most of my family passed away at this time and the rest just uses me as a throwaway. im so angry and sad all the time anymore

Im a 17 year old girl i want on her cuz im sick of being homeless. I cant take not having a home with my home i cry almost every night cuz my cusin a big bull and.i cant stay when im at anymore. My family need help. It just me and my m all i want is to be able to have a nice place to live. My mom have ms. And she cant get a job i been trying to get a job but cant.  in response to Godspeed1...   We sent you several emails and messages with no response from you. The packages are at the Paterson fedex distribution center. You failed to give us an apartment number and phone number. Im not sure why you would not have included an apartment number? Fedex tried to deliver 6 times but does not have the correct information. Please check your email!

I thought that my dreams were suppose to come and be satisfied from the Polo family and it did not because the Polo family agree to send me some presents for my child that is four years old and had told me that the items (presents) for my son supposely be here last Thursday by Fed-Ex, And i waited for a dream that did not come true, Thank You Family Polo.......
